Yet another option in the im world is Digsby and I can't even call it anything other than a beast with the robust amount of features it has. I'm serious, the only thing this thing can't do is cook a mean egg sandwich. Combine all your different im accounts, social networking (yes, even twitter) AND stay up on your various email accounts. Personal fave and I doubt there will be anything better for a long time to come. Productivity nuts will dig this for sure.
