The name of the song is “Whatever Works” (produced by Todd Jordan). It's basically a play on how certain dudes will see a woman they're interested in and instead of being cordial, they decide to be obnoxious and try to show off in order to get her attention. Pretty much 'whatever works' to get the girl.
